On July 15th, former FC Barcelona starting forward and a global icon Lionel Messi finalized his deal to join Inter Miami. The two-and-a-half-year MLS deal includes up to $60 millions a season in wages. Additionally, Messi is expected to exercise his ownership stake in Inter Miami after he is done playing for the franchise.
